I worked my thighs a little too hard on Wednesday at the gym. It’s really difficult to walk. Plus I worked a large party at the bar last night and all of the rushing around didn’t help at all. I have a very busy weekend ahead of me, so I may just take the weekend off and go to the gym before internship all next week. Plus next Wednesday I have my first free personal training session.
Working at the bar is really screwing up my eating habits. I never really have time to eat when I’m working, and when I do I eat stuff I wouldn’t normally eat (egg salad, roast beef, meat, meat, meat). Last night before I left for work (around 3pm) I had a spinach salad from Trader Joe’s with a banana and carrot juice, but then I was starving by 6 and at 9 I scarfed down two pieces of cake and had a large (very sugary) cocktail. By the time I got home at 1030 I didn’t feel like cooking so I just drank some water, ate another banana and went to bed.
